Closing your account

Export everything first — Settings → Export gives you documents as PDF and data as CSV. Then Settings → Account → Close.

The account is deleted after 30 days; payments already scheduled still pay out. We do not keep what you did not ask us to keep.

The 30 days are a grace window, not a dark pattern — sign back in during it and the closure cancels with everything intact. After it, deletion is real: documents, clients and history are gone from our systems, which is why the export comes first.
